You want the stand to hold the device securely in both landscape and portrait mode. You also want to be able to tilt it to meet your unique viewing preferences. My friend Dave Delaney sent along the new A-Frame from the team at Griffin for me to review, and I have to say I'm impressed. I like the look and feel of this stand, and it works perfectly. It's safe to say that I'm no longer in the market for an iPad stand. http

    That looks really cool! I've seen the Macbook one's never knew they made it for the iPad. Thanks! I have a clear protection around my iPad, hopefully I dont have an issue with that.

    @dswellhauser It certainly seems best for just the iPad at least with the cases I have here to test. It still holds pretty well, just not as nice.

    i was thinking about getting an iPad for my mom for her birthday... she only needs somthing for email and photos. i know she wont like typing on it, as she does lots of emailing. i have a new apple bluetooth keyboard and mighty mouse that i dont use... with the A Stand and the BT keyboard/mouse combo, do you think we have a winner?
